Our policies ensure that we rigorously adhere to the highest standards in ethical behavior, environmental sustainability, innovations and more.
These include good ethical behavior, concern for employee health and safety, care for the environment and community involvement and development. We recognize that our social, environmental and ethical conduct has an impact on our reputation. Therefore we commit to continual improvement in our performance, efficient use of available resources and aspire to Zero Harm to people and the environment.

Social Responsible Action
Social responsibility is an ethical theory in which individuals are accountable for fulfilling their civic duty, and the actions of an individual must benefit the whole of society. In this way, there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment. If this balance is maintained, then social responsibility is accomplished. Through our various projects AL QIBAD has been able to foster growth but we also seek to do this through more social and dedicated projects. With policies like obtaining local labor primarily from host communities and retaining supply and sub-contractor jobs for local businesses, AL QIBAD directly adds to the community’s economy

Environmentally Sound Practices
Our Corporate Social Responsibility, with special emphasis on environment protection, is aimed at creating awareness on the concept of Green Buildings in Nigeria, helping the society build a sustainable energy future. This innovative effort targets social involvement with a business approach, which develops projects that build on our unique expertise and experience in energy savings. Some of key elements of our corporate social responsibility are:
Basic Quality Education
Educating children no matter where they are is one of the biggest steps we can take towards ending extreme poverty and a life of mediocrity. Education is the key to building a society that can overcome poverty in a sustainable manner. Investing in human capital brings about powerful social change and creates opportunities for those in developing countries such as ours to realize their full potentials and become leaders of the generation to come.
Living in poverty, many children fall behind and often drop out of school, leading to a future of drugs, violence or chronic unemployment and a toxic community.
As a socially responsible organization, we believe our communities need our support and for us to build a better future we need to first build a better community.
Hence, moving forward AL QIBAD INTEERNATIONAL LIMITED through the CEO’s foundation (Ibrahim Quadri Foundation) started the #savemycommunitychild project. The Project which is however committed to repositioning and bringing our community schools back to standard and ensuring quality education for all children irrespective of family background.
Through these projects we have been able to record the following success:
- Donation of funds, writing materials, sandals, uniforms, etc. for primary schools in Abeokuta north local government area
- Facilitated the renovation of block of classroom at fufu primary school, Ilorin south local government
- Full A’level scholarship for 50 students at The Emirates college of Advance studies.
- Increase of children in school enrollment & participation in organized completion in Abeokuta north local government area.
- Skill acquisition program that has help Improve and Strengthen competency of essential life skills amongst youth in Ilorin south local government area.
- Free jamb form package for young minds venturing into the tertiary institution phase.
